Club dues are $35.00 for competitive and non-competitive swimmers.  The family discount still applies. Parents it is very important to pay your club dues on time, we can not pay the coach without your dues being paid. Please submit payment by the 5th of every month.

There were 5 parents and Coach Corky present at the meeting.

DART Scare Fest
Discussed what we could do better for our next meet. Plan to move the concession stand down the hall, will be sure to test the electrical situation Friday night with Terry present. Plan to move Clerk of Course closer to the pool area. Be sure to tape lights in the pool area. Be sure to have one person focused on the Hospitality room – keeping it stocked. Will open the cafeteria – will need speakers to announce events.

Swim-a-thon
Great job on the swim-a-thon. The team raised $584. will give an award to the top swimmer in each age group.

DART Loco Luau
The Loco Luau will be on Feb 23. last chance to make a Divisional or State time. Will need to relook at the schedule of events to improve flow of the meet.

Fund Raiser
The next fund raiser will be to sell pizzas. Each swimmer will need to sell 15 pizzas. We will be selling them from Dec 10-Jan 10 to be delivered in time for the Super Bowl.

DART Enrollment
Was discussed how to help increase DART enrollment. Will try to have an information booth at the Spring Fling, maybe put up flyers at the churches. If all parents could talk to one or two other parents, to help spread the word about the program, this would help to increase the awareness.

Parent Meeting
The next parent meeting will be Jan 10 at 6:00 at the pool. We will discuss the pizza sale and the Loco Luau.
